KTZ600S Triplex Plunger Pump
KTZ600S is a reciprocating, Volumetric, single acting and horizontal three-cylinder plunger pump, with maximum input braking power of 600HP. The pump is widely used in in intermittent well operations such as acidification, cementing, fracturing, well killing and etc.

Main structural features:
1. It consists of three parts: the power end, the hydraulic end and the reduction gearbox;
2. It adopts a unique external reduction gearbox design. The reduction gearbox can be placed on the left or right. There are 16 different installation positions for installation, which is easy for vehicle layout and maintenance;
3. It is the same as the original SPM600 pump, with small size and light weight. Due to the short pump structure design, it is suitable for configuration on a dual-engine dual-pump vehicle (skid), becoming a standard product for cementing vehicles and injection equipment;
4. It has full interchangeability with the SPM 600 pump assembly;
5. There are two different pump head bodies for installing four different specifications of plungers (3", 3.5", 4", 4.5") to obtain different pressures and displacements for customers to choose.
