Description: 

1, The fluid end assembly of the plunger pump is one of the core working parts, mainly composed of the plunger, fluid, packing, valve cover and other components. The plunger reciprocates in the cylinder body to realize the suction and discharge of liquid. The cylinder block provides room for the plunger to move and withstand the fluid pressure.

2, The working principle of the fluid end: When the plunger pump is working, the hydraulic end plays a crucial role. When the plunger moves backward, the volume in the cylinder body increases, forming negative pressure and inhaling liquid. When the plunger moves forward, the volume in the cylinder is reduced and the liquid is compressed and discharged. This process is repeated during each working week to achieve a continuous, stable fluid delivery.

3, The importance of the fluid end in industrial applications: The design and manufacturing quality of the fluid end has a decisive impact on the performance and service life of the plunger pump.  A reasonably designed and well-manufactured fluid end can improve the pump's working efficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduce the failure rate.
