Blending Skid
The HSQ10 (40BPM) blending skid is primarily used in sand fracturing operations to uniformly mix liquids (such as clean water, base fluid, etc.) with proppants (quartz sand or ceramic particles) and additives (solid or liquid) in specific proportions. It can pump fracturing fluids with varying sand ratios and viscosity to fracturing skids (groups) during operations, making it suitable for medium to large oil and gas well fracturing and sand injection operations.
The engine controls, gauges, hydraulic pump pressure meters, and operational monitors are centralized on the instrumentation panel. This enables engine startup, speed adjustment, shutdown, and real-time monitoring of engine and hydraulic pump performance. The panel also controls all skid components and display their operational situation, facilitating integrated operation. An automated control system manages additive injection, mixing tank liquid level, and pump pressure via computer. Digital control technology adopted in control system collects operational data through the instrumentation van or laptop.
The HSQ10 (40BPM) blending skid incorporates multiple innovations, such as an anti-overflow tank, arc-shaped single sand hopper, and low-flow monitoring, to significantly enhance operational efficiency and convenience.
