Note: The parameters in the table are calculated based on 100% volumetric efficiency and 90% mechanical efficiency. The designed maximum stroke rate of this piston pump is 160 r/min. If operated at 170 r/min, the service life of the piston cup will be shortened.

The table provides the stroke rate and displacement of the fluid end at different gear positions, as well as the full-water power (100%) pressure values corresponding to the respective displacements. This information is intended to assist wellsite engineers and operators in equipment selection. It is recommended that the diesel engine and piston pump operate at 70%-80% of full power to extend the service life of the equipment.

* Consists of a Power end assembly, a fluid end assembly, and a reduction gearbox assembly.

* The gearbox could be mounted either on the right or left side of the pump. (There are 16 different positions for installation)
 
* Different plunger sizes to achieve different flow rate under different pressures.
