KTZ400/HT400 Plunger Pump

KTZ400 Pump is a reciprocating, volumetric, single acting and horizontal three-cylinder plunger pump, with maximum input rated braking power of 600HP. The Pump is widely used in intermittent well operations such as acidification, cementing, fracturing, injection, etc. It is applied in KHSteadfast cementing unit such as GJC(Q)77-15, GJC(Q)70-30.

Direction for use

* Consist of a power end assembly, fluid end assembly and diaphragm connection.

* The power end adopts worm gear drive with high reduction ratio, stable transmission, long service life.

* The input shaft of power end is in one direction with the plunger, easy to install and drive the pump. The lubrication oil pump of power end is integrated at the other end of the worm shaft, no need of external lubrication.

* Pump casing is the lubricating oil tank of power end.

* Fluid end adopts the separate structure, each plunger has a separate piece of pump head body for replacement, low maintenance cost.
 
* There are two different fluid end for (3 3/ 8"/ 4"/ 4 1/2") sizes of plunger for choose to achieve different pressure and flow.

* The Spare parts is interchangeable with HT400 maintenance parts.
