KTN500 horizontal three-cylinder single-acting piston pump

The KTN500 horizontal three-cylinder single-acting piston pump has a rated maximum braking power of 380kW (500hp), a stroke of 203.2mm (8 "), and the piston rod diameter can be selected between 90-140mm to meet the requirements of users for different pressures and flow rates.The hydraulic end of all piston rods of different diameters is matched with the same power end.The pump increases the stroke properly, reduces the stroke times reasonably, improves the suction performance of the pump, and prolongs the service life of the wearing parts in the pump. The pump is one of the important technologies in the drilling process, which is suitable for transporting high viscosity, large gravity and high sediment content drilling fluid to the bottom of the well under high pressure.
